If you aren't happy with your Timbertek product for any reason we'll make it right.

• If you aren't happy with the product for any reason let us know within 60 days of receipt and we'll give you a full refund and pay to have it shipped back. 

​

• If anything breaks within the first year, we'll get it fixed.  Anything that we caused (product defect etc.) we'll cover the expense to make it good as new.  Anything you caused (wear, tear, accidents etc.) we'll cover the labor but ask you to pay for any replacement parts needed.
